A lifelong resident of Maryland, Rich opened his own landscaping business, The Other Lawn, in 1985. His snow removal company, TOL was established in 2000. He earned a BS in Accounting and became a CPA. This combination of professional accounting and landscaping experience provide TOL customers with a professional systematic approach to snow and ice solutions.
Rich has consulted with numerous businesses regarding account management. His corporate experience contributes to TOL's introducing much needed "best fit" accounting methods for the snow and ice industry. These systems greatly improve both billing and collections processes while minimizing payment disagreements.
Mike began his career with TOL in 2002 as a plow operator. He moved quickly to supervising his own crew, managing numerous properties and an increased involvement in business development.. His strengths are customer service, analysis and problem solving. Attention to detail, high ethical standards and the ability to motivate others to achieve quality outcomes are his core competencies.
